About the KicksFit workouts
As often as you want! The program and intensity of the training sessions mean you are able to do a KicksFit workout every day. If this is what you are looking for, make sure to choose the ‘unlimited training’ membership. KicksFit workouts are offered at various times every day. The Football Workouts are with a maximum of 12 participants and Cardio Football with a maximum of 16 participants.
Yes! What’s more fun than KicksFit? KicksFit with your friends! Bring your friends for the ultimate KicksFit experience. Tell them to book a trial workout via the website and we’ll see you on the pitch!
The workouts are given in Dutch and/or English.
Every KicksFit trainer is an experienced and trained/qualified trainer who gives his or her own twist to the daily training sessions. No training is the same. Want to read more about the training sessions and the concept? Click here.
Each KicksFit workout lasts at least 60 minutes and is carefully prepared by the trainer so that no workout is the same. Every KicksFit workout consists of the following parts:
- Warm up
- Fitness training / football technique
- Strength training
- Cooling down
The order and focus differ per workout. There are three types of KicksFit workouts: KicksFit Football Workout, KicksFit Cardio Football, KicksFit Power. When you book a workout here, you can choose which KicksFit workout you want to do.

Three types of KicksFit workouts have been developed, with a difference in the focus on football and/or fitness.
KicksFit Football Workout: 50% strength / 50% football
In this workout you work on your strength for half of the workout and the other half is football. During the strength section, the focus is on building muscle and getting stronger. The football section is all about improving your cardiovascular system and football skills. Every workout ends with a game or a friendly match.
KicksFit Cardio Football: 80% football / 20% strength
A tough football training where you also train your endurance and speed. In this training session, the focus is on improving your football skills and your cardiovascular system. Pass, dribble and shoot (…and hopefully score). During this workout, we also incorporate bodyweight movements to improve your strength.
KICKS POWER: (80% strength / 20% football)
Poweeeeer! If you want to get better at duels, this workout is perfect for you. The focus is mainly on strength. We combine functional strength exercises with football to build muscles and get stronger. We pay extra attention to improving the technique and performing the exercises. KICKS POWER is perfect as a low-impact workout for members who have just returned to training or athletes returning from injury.

With a KicksFit workout you get more than a full-body workout. You train specific muscle groups, your football skills and your stamina. A very efficient way of training where the exercises in the workouts are developed by professionals.
The result? You won’t become a bodybuilder from KicksFit. But you will become a better footballer with great stamina and a strong body that is in balance. You will build muscle, burn fat and get fitter while doing your favourite sport.
Preferably yes, but not necessarily. The workouts are given on a football pitch so the football exercises will be easier and safer if you wear football boots.
That’s it! KicksFit was developed as an additional training to current football training sessions, with a greater focus on strengthening the entire body. To prevent injuries and to literally stand stronger during a duel on the field. Due to the fitness elements from functional training, you train your entire body, your stamina, your muscle strength and your football technique all during one workout!
We offer six types of memberships:
- Training 1 x a week for 1 year
- Unlimited training for 1 year
- Training 1x a week for 6 months
- Unlimited training for 6 months
- Training 1 x a week, can be cancelled monthly
- Unlimited training, can be cancelled monthly
You can purchase the membership of your choice here and you can read the general terms and conditions here. Your membership is valid for all KicksFit locations. After the minimum duration of your membership, it is renewed per month. This allows you to cancel the membership per month and you will continue to pay the same monthly amount.
The benefits of an annual membership? Besides the fact that your membership costs are lower, our trainers can provide you with better guidance in achieving your sports goals. Through our KicksFit tests, we measure your goals and adjust your workouts accordingly. We do a KicksFit test every six weeks. We measure your fitness, compare it with previous assessment moments and by doing this, we can keep a close eye on your progress. Moving house or have an injury? Yes. In some cases, it is possible to pause your KicksFit membership. For example, in the case of a certain injury or rehabilitation after surgery. View the general terms and conditions here. Do you want to pause your membership? You can do this via the SportBit app.
After the minimum term, the membership is automatically extended by one month until you cancel. In the meantime, you can cancel per month.
You can cancel your KicksFit membership when logged into the SportBit app. Please note, there is a notice period of 1 month. You can cancel your membership by going to: My account – My subscription.
Yes! You can book a workout at all KicksFit locations in the Netherlands. View all locations here. As soon as you want to book a workout in the app, you can choose a location. The SportBit app will show you which workouts are available per location.

Is KicksFit suitable for me?
16 years old. If you are under 18, parent or guardian permission is required.
Absolutely! Our workouts have been developed for a very broad group and can therefore easily be adapted to your wishes during the training: heavier, lighter, more difficult or easier. Our members are therefore a mix of men and women, young and old, novice and advanced football players and/or athletes. That is the power of KicksFit: flexible, fun and challenging for everyone.
No! Both beginners and experienced football players can participate in the KicksFit workouts at their own level. The workouts can easily be adapted so that everyone is challenged at his or her own level. All you need is an ambition to learn to play football and enjoy the game!
Absolutely. The training sessions can easily be adjusted so that you can always train at your own level. The KicksFit trainers are all experienced football players and will help you improve your football technique.
Absolutely. The training sessions can easily be adjusted so that you can always train at your own level. The KicksFit trainers are all experienced football players and will make sure you are always challenged.
Definitely! KicksFit is the best way to get fit and healthy in the way that suits you best. Let the trainer know before the workout that you haven’t exercised for a long time and they will give you advice. The training sessions can easily be adjusted so that you always train at your own level. For example, by first doing the exercises with lighter weights.
Absolutely! Many KicksFit members are football players with old or minor injuries that have temporarily stopped them from playing football. Let the trainer know about your injury before participating in a workout. They will adjust the workout for you if necessary.
Please note: obviously, you should not do a KicksFit workout with certain injuries. We would recommend that you first contact your physiotherapist or doctor. Are you uncertain about whether you can participate? You can always contact us first to discuss your injury.
Due to the current corona measures, both trainers and members must adhere to the following rules:
- Do not shake hands or give a high five, even after scoring that perfect goal.
- Disinfect your hands with the disinfection gel (supplied by us) before entering the pitch.
- Before and after every training we disinfect the materials for you.
Please note: do you have any symptoms that are similar to the corona symptoms such as a cough, blocked nose or fever? Then please be sensible and cancel the training. Do you have symptoms but you have a negative test result 24 hours before the training starts? Then you are welcome on the pitch!
