At KicksFit you can book a workout whenever works best for you. We train in the morning and in the evening, but regardless of when you come, we assure you, after an hour you will leave the pitch sweaty and satisfied. Playing football, getting stronger, and without any commitments! That’s KicksFit!
Beginner or professional - You always train at your own level
We have three different workouts you can choose from. Each workout has a different focus, but are all suitable for experienced and novice football players. Are you returning from an injury? No problem, our trainers will make sure they adapt the training where necessary.
Assessments & goal setting: become a better football player
Exercising is great, but why not take it to the next level? Our KicksFit tests that take place every six weeks can measure your fitness, compare it with your previous assessments and allow our trainers to keep a close eye on your progress. Sounds great right?
